The area was horrible parking was very limited all night people kept slamming doors being loud. The breakfast pastries were hard as a rock and they charged my card before I even got there and they weren’t supposed to until I checked out. Definitely will not be going back to that hotel or area again.

We booked this place because we were told that there was complimentary parking. When we arrived the parking lot was full and we were told to park at their sister hotel and walk over. We did not feel comfortable walking on the streets around there as it is a very bad area. We called them back and told them we did not feel comfortable doing that and would not be staying there. They offered no accommodations or apologies. When we asked for a refund we were denied. We never checked into this place. Would not go back again. Bad area with very poor customer service.

When I checked in the room had an unmade bed. Michael was very accommodating to get me another room. The second room was fine but has bugs coming out of the toilet and every time I flushed, there was what I am assuming is feces coming back into the toilet. The hallways and room smelled weird and there was no AC.
