I booked this hotel last minute and I'm so glad I did! Fred, Micheal, and the entire staff were wonderful! My room was beautifully funished and the bed was so comfy. This hotel was conveniently located to everything...shopping, transportation, dinning ect. I will be back!

The rooms were small and the building was in varying states of disrepair and/or active renovations. The area around the hotel doesn’t “look safe” but we experienced no issues. It wasn’t a bad experience as a hotel, but it wasn’t good either.

This property is good within a limited budget. I will recommend anyone who are travelling to SFO on a short trip. However, the downtown area in the surrounding is very shabby and feels a bit unsafe at night.
