The atrium was an enormous, wonderful and beautiful space to relax and visit. Very clean and restful hotel room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location in San Francisco near the waterfront and lots of public transportation including cable car. We’ll definitely be staying here on our next trip to SF.

Hotel location was very convenient. BART/Cable car stops are right outside the hotel and it is a walking distance to the ferry building and street cars that can take you straight to fisherman’s wharf and much more locations. Loved our stay there! Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend
