Ya anyone complaining about there being “no front desk staff” clearly cant read. Check in is across the street at Hotel Stratford where they also replenish you with towels and water. Phenomenal hotel and location in the middle of the city. I would recommend paying the extra ≈$30 for the private bathroom/shower

Very good location and clean. Make sure you check the hours of the desk being open as it's a short window and you would have to take a short walk to another hotel to check in and get the keys. There is no parking right at hotel but close garages nearby. This makes it a little difficult as unloading everything out of your car and back in was a little tricky.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience I’d definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here twice now. I liked the stay for 2 nights 3 days as a male solo traveler. The room was clean and basic, the halls were a bit loud, walls were thin, counter space was minimal. No mini fridge or AC. No staff around to assist and I didn't get any maid service. I also had to check in down the street just flying in at 11pm at night. Price and location is great but if I had a lady with me, I would not choose to stay here again.

Great experience. Clean hotel with nice decor in lobby. Easy check in process at sister location around the corner. Only negative was the lack of body wash, hand soap, and hand towel. However that didn’t mess up our stay at all just a slight inconvenience. Highly recommend for an affordable stay in the city!(:

You get what you pay for... The only reason I didn't move hotels was because the room was clean. I had higher expectations I guess? The good: the room was clean. Had no issues with key cards or access once we checked in. The room was clearly newly renovated except for the ancient door and windows which were covered in many many layers of old paint. The room did not smell bad but didn't smell fresh either. No smell is good in my book! The not great: the bathroom was a very odd shape and I hit my elbows more than once. Some kind of odd booger colored sediment came out of the bathtub spigot when I turned it on, and there was no hand soap at all. No washcloths, just two towels and a bath mat. The shower curtain did not go into the tub so we were left with quite a puddle each time we used the shower. There is no staff most of the time so if you need something, good luck. The TV remote turned the TV on and off but did nothing else so it was pretty useless. The hallway was pretty creepy and creaky, but it didn't smell bad so not as big of a deal. The bed was ok, very firm and minimal linens. FYI no a/c in this hotel but it wasn't a problem because the window opens and the weather was nice. However, the view was right into the windows in the next building which meant they could see into ours as well.
