This is a great hotel and conveniently located near the theater. Valet parking was expensive but in the city, worth it and a very nice option to have. Just beware, the neighborhood is loud at all hours of the night.

Had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is new and beautiful. I was concerned after reading reviews before booking the hotel (regarding safety due to homelessness close by); however, it was not bad at all and we felt safe at all times. Security was always there, and even coming in and out late night (10pm-3am) it all felt safe even when security was not outside on the street.

The font desk staff was so amazing! There was a bit of a wait to check in, but once at the front the service was excellent. The room we got was beyond what we were expecting! It was so amazing, we didn't leave the room from check in to check out. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is amazing, beautifully decorated and all the room amenities you coul need. Unfortuntely it is located on the outskirts of Union Square and close to the Tenderloin Distrcit which has a huge homeless issue. There is 24 hour security - so while at the hotel you feel perfectly safe, walking TO the hotel, especially at night, needs extra diligence and awareness. But the rooms are lovely and eveything is very well presented.

Timbri was a great experience overall. One block away from all major Powell St transit. And minutes away from the Embarcadero. The restaurant on the roof was great and made for easy breakfast and dinner. Very clean and stylish hotel.
