Great Hotel with good value

Hotel is clean, well located, with friendly staffs. Definitely will return again. Beds are very comfortable, but only wish that they are a little larger.

Nice large rooms with two queen beds, a kitchen area with two stove top burners, sink, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge. Pans provided and some dishes. The room was big and clean we stayed there for 8 days. Room cleaning was hit or miss a little bit. They came about every two days, which is fine, but it was not consistent and it would be nice to know when we would get fresh towels and when we would not (2 adults and 2 kids). You could ask for them at the desk, though. Otherwise, very good.

It wasn’t the best experience I have had. The bed was broken and didn’t know it til we got back from a real nice dinner. The breakfast was mediocre. The comfort of the bed was horrible too. My wife is handicapped and she was in so much pain sleeping on the bed. She barely slept and cried most of the night. I didn’t sleep well at all either. Couldn’t get comfortable either. I think I will stay somewhere else next time. The staff didn’t really care when I told them about our night. They just looked at us and said ok, we will have someone look at the bed after you check out. Really!!!

Overall Great stay. Decent gym if you know with dumbells if you know what your doing. Room service was decent. No issues with keys. Lots of shopping/dining options within walking distance located behind the hotel.Breakfast was great, especially those Marshmallow rice Krispy treats 😋

Great stay 15-20 min from SFO

Stayed in a queen one bedroom suite with our two dogs and father in law on the pull out couch. He managed, but the couch bed was super slouchy. Queen bed was very comfy, would have preferred a king bed option. Huge rooms and closet/drawer space. Lots of very decent breakfast foods included (for US standards, which are much worse than the rest of the world). Good location right next to shopping, near bay walking trails, and many restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Warm bedroom lighting was refreshing considering many US hotels are turning to insane asylum lighting.
