Scopro, telefonando prima dell'arrivo a San Gimignano che non risulta nessuna prenotazione a mio nome. Arrivati alla reception veniamo dirottati in una camera di un altro affittacamere, fortunatamente abbastanza vicino e in zona centrale. Ci viene fatto un piccolo sconto rispetto alla cifra della prenotazione, paghiamo comunque di più rispetto alle tariffe pubblicate su internet da quest'ultimo affittacamere. Poca chiarezza da parte dei proprietari sulla nostra prenotazione, guardacaso la stessa sera si è tenuta la notte bianca nel paese e forse non si è voluto rinunciare a nuove prenotazioni...

experiencia péssima, pessima, pessima. Pior impossivel! O hotel, se é que pode chamar aquilo de hotel, porque é muito mais uma casa com quartos que alugam para desavisados que querem entrar numa roubada, nem sabia que estávamos para chegar. A casa estava fechada, nem letreiro na fachada para saber que a casa era o "hotel". Ninguém para nos receber. Conseguimos entrar graças a um senhor dono de uma sorveteria na praça que conhecia a dona do hotel que morava ao lado da farmácia na outra praça. Gentilmente esse anjo que nos salvou foi falar com alguém, que achou um outro alguém para abrir a porta. A pessoa que nos recebeu não fez a menor questão de se desculpar pelo transtorno, nem explicar o que aconteceu para justificar o porque fomos esquecidos, visto que estávamos em 7 pessoas, todas com nossas reservas pelo site em mãos. Isso que ainda eu havia mandado email antes avisando nossa chegada e pedindo informações e orientações de como estacionar e entrar na cidade, mas nem por email fui respondido. A moça não foi nada simpática e nos fez sentir como se nós estivéssemos incomodando eles com nossa presença. A casa além de antiga e mal cuidada, desorganizada ainda cheirava cigarro, não tinha toalhas para tomar banho nem cafe da manhã. A cama era aceitavel. Ninguém mais apareceu no hotel. Pela manhã na hora de fazer o check out tambem não tinha ninguem nem para receber as chaves dos quartos. Deixamos em cima de uma mesa e batemos a porta da casa para nunca mais voltar.

NADA RECOMENDABLE. HICIMOS UNA LLAMADA ESES MISMO DIA PARA INDICAR LA HORA DE LLEGADA Y EN NINGUN MOMENTO NOS DIJERON QUE HUBIERA ALGÚN PROBLEMA CON LA HABITACION. Medelklasshotell med trevlig personal. Frukost ingick men det är ett skämt och borde inte vara med på hotellets sida. Kupong som gäller på 2 caféer i närheten och då får man en kaffe och croissant. Funkar säkert för italienare.... Ganska trångt i vårt rum för tre.

Está muy bien situado y es muy bonito. Nos atendieron muy bien. Tienen un parking privado que cuesta 10€ el día(la mitad que el público). Lo único malo que la habitación era poco espaciosa para tres.

Staying in San Gimignano

Great location but difficult to get through the front door. Called number on the door twice and was given another number by the restaurant next door. Room was clean and made for us after we left for the day. Walls are thin but that's to be expected in such an old building. Overall it's good.
