"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. "Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer schaltete sich automatisch aus, konnte auch nach Meldung nicht behoben werden. "Living room" war praktisch der Eingangsraum, ohne Klimaanlage (obwohl physisch anwesend, vom Betreiber bewußt außer Funktion gesetzt), dafür Kamera überwacht! Die Beschreibung "schalldicht" für die Zimmer ist ein schlechter Witz, gilt nichtmal für die Wohnung. Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer praktisch ungeeignet, da nicht mal entspanntes Sitzen möglich war. "Frühstück" war ein einzelnes Croissant...

"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."
