"Clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and lovely. Very good hotel for baby. Room key is a total nightmare. It’s incredibly sensitive to phones cards etc even when nowhere near them is and needs to be changed every minute. Clearly a big issue across the hotel as other guests experienced the same. ..."
