From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in was quick and easy, and the team always greeted me with a smile throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and modern — with everything I needed to relax after a long day. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options, and the restaurant staff made the experience even better with their kindness and efficiency. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to Ventura Plaza, shops, and great restaurants. I also appreciated how safe and well-maintained the property felt. "We had an excellent 3 night stay and extended our stay longer due to extenuating circumstances. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel has quaint colonial architecture, is maintained and kept very clean. It is located on a safe street, close to the central commercial district, with restaurants and vendors - the Ventura mall is only 3 blocks away. An excellent breakfast of eggs, etc was included every morning. The restaurant is open for supper until 7pm with a nice menu selection. The pool area is plain but cleaned everyday and the pol makes for a very refreshing dip. Our room on the 3rd floor had a queen bed, desk, chair, shelves, closet, and balcony over the street compete with table and chairs. The hotel has secure parking within there gated courtyard. There are only a couple of draw backs: mattress was thin and hard ( could feel the frame underneath, no elevator, and only one towel person per day - no extra towel for use at the pool. "
