"Room was old furniture,creepy, the lights flickered the TV would turn off . I was alone as a woman alone I did not feel safe. The restaurant was good but that’s about all the was good about our stay"

"Night staff did not care there was a dog barking. Said they could do nothing because they were pet friendly. I guess other guests don’t matter. Shower drain was all rusted out. Won’t be staying there ever again. Door did not close all the way, it had about a 3/4 inch gap when closed."

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Walking the grounds was so relaxing. The staff was as friendly, genuine and helpful as one could hope for they seem to really enjoy working there and had a sense of ownership. My one criticism was the Internet connection in my room 622 dropped out periodically making watching a movie on my computer. Very frustrating. In spite of this, our experience was definitely a five star experience"

"There is no a place for the dogs to do their business - it is all broken up concrete = no receptacles for the BM. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the people talking in the room next door and the air conditioner did not work well. It is not close to the historic part of town and on the busy highway so you can hear the traffic. I will never go back there. Very, very disappointed but the staff was very nice which helped me deal with a difficulty situation."

"I needed a clean room, nothing fancy, and it was exactly what I needed. They serve coffee in the morning and there is a restaurant next door. Check their hours because they are shorter than you would imagine, not always open in the morning. The Casino food station closes at 9pm. It's a small town with a small town feel. Sopaipilla Flats is a super good restaurant, excellent service, and really tasty New Mexican food. The deluxe room was The cheapest and it has a bigger living/sleeping area than the standard.The value for the hotel can't be beat. The staff helped me extend my stay even though Expedia had me book a new reservation for the extra night. It was nice not to have to change rooms. I just called the front desk the night before and they were ready for me the following morning to check out/check in to the same room."
