The swimming pool was filled in with concrete. The website showed a beautiful swimming pool. The room had no telephone and no water cups. The so-called breakfast was just apple juice and orange juice and coffee and small cupcake-like muffins. The parking lot had several vehicles on jack stands and homeless people, knocking on my door wanting to charge their cell phones in my room. But the worst thing was in the morning as I said eating my muffins, two different female customers came in to the front desk complaining about bugs and cockroaches crawling all over them at night, and they were actually bitten, and you could see the bite marks on their skin. The first woman walked in with nothing but her underwear on because she washed all of her clothing to try and get the bugs out of them. She wanted the clerk at the front desk to put her clothing in a dryer to dry it out, but he just gave her plastic bags while she stood there shivering freezing her ass off in her wet underwear. The clerk said that he would give her a discount on her room charge. After she left the front lobby, a second woman came in about 10 minutes later with the same complaint and she wanted all of her money back but the court said no I can only give you a discount. Third customer came in to the front lobby a man, complaining that there was no hot water. I have stayed in Super 8 before, but this place was a s*** hole.

Really poor conditions in the restroom when i turn the light on cockroaches everywhere. Power strip across the room on the floor causing a trip hazard. By the way i did not stay the night.

Room was disgusting. Walls all filthy. Toilet was gross. Wall outlets falling out. Hole in the wall by the ac unit. All of the pillows, sheets, and blankets were stained. One stain in particular was definitely fecal matter. Trash left at the door. All kinds of sketchy things happening in the parking lot. Drugs, broken into cars, and people fighting. While the staff gave me a refund, they were totally indifferent to whole situation.

imagine arriving to San Jose at night, going to check in at the motel and there is no-one there and having to wait for over an hour at night, while needing to get up early for work in just a few hours. Place was also crawling with cockroaches. stay away

I have booked two nights at first, but had to check out after staying there for one night. It is a horrible experience. No water in the shower. Saw two cockroach running around the floor. The room has no smoke detector or CO detector, a serious safety issue. And worst of all, there are human feces on the walkway outside the motel building, so disgusting.
