Overall, we had a very good stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was the bed, which was a little uncomfortable. Improving the mattress or bedding would definitely make the stay even better. The hair dryer in our room was also broken, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately provided us with another one, which I really appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the service. With a more comfortable bed, it would have been an even better experience.

Staff was friendly. I wish they gave us info on the breakfast. Having little ones it would have really help hold them over til we ate. The pull out didn’t have linens in the room so we have to request them and they didn’t have extra pillows. Only a bar of soap to wash hands in the restroom. So it was bare minimum.

Staff was nice when checking in however, room was completely outdated. Found hair on several towels and the biggest thing was, once the fitted sheet was accidentally lifted on the bed, there was a stain resembling an old vomit stain right where his pillow was where he was sleeping. We felt so dirty after this stay. Will NOT be coming back.

The location is easy to find and near shopping and food. The rest, a mess. It is dirty, outdated and waited 30min for my room after check in time. The front desk rep tried her best and was polite.

The staff was great. There was a one hour wait for our room but that’s only because they were short staffed. Besides that, it was fine.

I was pretty content with this hotel, I gave it a 4, because their sofa bed isn't that comfortable. I think they need new beds and sofa beds. It was clean and the staff was helpful.
