"The room itself was nice, although there was a noticeable damp smell. My first few nights were great, but then a group of girls checked into the room next to me, and the soundproofing became a major issue. I could literally hear everything—from their normal conversations and footsteps in heels to their music. It often felt like they were in the room with me. Another frustrating issue was my credit card being repeatedly charged. For about three days, I would wake up to several charges from the hotel. When I spoke with the front desk, they couldn't see the charges on their end and said a manager would look into it, but I never received an update. Thankfully, the charges eventually disappeared from pending, so I didn't have to involve my credit card company. One other thing to be aware of is housekeeping. Be careful about leaving personal items out, as some things may be thrown away when they are reorganizing or cleaning the room. Overall, the room was nice, but the noise issue and billing situation were frustrating."
