"We had a wonderful weekend and fully intend to go back to stay there. But we rate it only 4 stars.
Pros:
1. AC is really cold, this is the most important thing
2. Excellent location
3. Clean and comfy with helpful and pleasant staff
4. On site cafe has good food, and if staying at the hotel, a 20% discount and free coffee and tea
5. Shower is strong, toilet flush is strong
6. Room has a good ref and has what you need to make coffee
Cons:
Biggest complaint is the sink faucet and bidet in bathroom only has a trickle of water. Faucet in the sink is tolerable but the bidet is a bit inconvenient.
The following are just FYI. Not deal breakers for us.
1. There is parking although it's a bit cramped. But that's the price you pay for the excellent location.
2. Walls are a little thin. You can hear the tv next door. But since there's nothing to watch except local channels, I don't think people spend their time watching tv anyway.
3. Wi-Fi a little slow. Once again not a deal breaker. Really one should be up and about seeing sites when it's not too hot anyway.
Overall, great experience! Will definitely go back."
"The room is not really clean .The front desk personnel needs more customer service training. The staff in the restaurant is not really attentive for the order despite the fact that it is not busy at all"
"This resort is such a gem. Very well kept, extremely clean, staff is friendly, warm, welcoming and very helpful. The room is very clean and the pool is such a dream. Its a small property but definitely gives the VIP vibe. Oh did i mention it came with free breakfast…Will definitely come back and have already recommended to friends and family."
