"If you're looking for a luxurious vacation look no further than the Condado Vanderbilt! The entrance is grand with doormen that greet you, as you enter the lobby you're transported back in time to glamour and excellence! The property has connected to the beach and walkable. As a first time solo traveler I felt safe in the area. I stayed in the queen-sized, ocean view Heritage room. The view was spectacular and quiet. The staff is both knowledgeable and super friendly. I highly recommend the Condado Vanderbilt!! It is worth it. "

"The property was older but was being well maintained. We had an issue with a leaky faucet. Maintenance was there with in the hour to make the repair."

"This hotel was clean, property was maintained, and the service was excellent. All of the workers were professional and courteous. The cafe had great food, the staff went out of their way to make sure you were satisfied. Even getting you transportation to the beach, helping you with your luggage, I especially loved William who catered to my brother who was on a scooter, getting him in and out of the car or van was a challenge, but all the workers helped as a team. I will come back to this hotel when I visit Puerto Rico again. "
