Our stay in Lake Atitlan

Very pleasant stay. We slept very well and the food is good. Downside is the shower didn't have any lights so they put some headlamps, it was okay. The front desk was able to help us with shuttle and luggage. It was a bit peculiar the compost system of the bathroom, but it wasn't unpleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

We didn’t have electricity or wifi or hot water for the first half of the trip. It came back after that but was definitely an inconvenience. Restaurant was very good - we ate there many meals because it was convenient and good. The sauna was also a cool experience. A little farther from the lake than some other area places.

Fantastic place! We stayed for two weeks while my daughter was volunteering nearby. Comfortable, clean, excellent food and they went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed.
