"I loved everything about this hotel. It’s about 30 mins from Rome City which is great for the ones who don’t want to stay in the crowd. It’s located in a very quite and secluded location. The only reason I don’t give a 5 start is because I wish they had meals available all day instead of the typical Italian hours. Thank you for all you accommodations!"

There are numerous thermal baths in the area to choose from within very short driving distance. The staff are all very kind and helpful with recommendations for dining and activities in the area. I recommend Palazzo Ubertini to anyone visiting Viterbo and look forward to returning soon!!"

"Our stay was great. Staff were friendly. Kids loved the pool. Only issue we had was the shuttle service. This could be accessible a lot better. Picking us up they were excellent as there were issues with the train. However is you need a free shuttle to the train station, make sure you do this 24-48 hours in advance! We could not get one the same day and ended up paying nearly 150 euros in taxis to Rome as we missed our train because we couldn't get a shuttle on the same day. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."
