"Room was beautiful and Maja did an excellent job taking care of all our requests. She is exceptional. Breakfast had a great selection. The service offered by everybody was really good and Cesar met all our expectations and more. Jose Enrique Herrero and Monica create an unique experience for our first visit to this hotel. In summary great hotel especially due the excellent service.Definitely will be coming back in the near future and recommend to our friend and family."

"The hotel is nice , the staff are nice too but there are downsides hence my honest review . The lack of response from Expedia messages to the hotel which I guess go to the hotel as I received a book in now request from them . The main review as only ok was the room noise. If you want a peaceful night's sleep down pick a room that is opposite the street outside because it's noisy and you won't sleep. Again I was asked from Expedia about the hotel 2 days into my stay, the response from Expedia was the hotel manager will contact about your message (room noise) but nothing no contact then or since . There are positives like the hotel looks nice and staff are nice but the hotel room is way too noisy and the lack of response from the hotel is poor ."

"We were not informed in advance that the Pool & the sunbathing area around the pool would be completely closed for the duration of our stay…. If we had been notified in advance we would have cancelled our booking and arranged an alternative hotel with those facilities….. when we brought the issue up with the hotel they just said it’s on our website…. ( I didn’t see this and despite the fact they sent numerous emails in advance offering paid upgrades, requesting advance information etc they never mentioned it….. very poor )"

"The breakfast was good but I wish they will serve some variety of food daily. The 3 days we stayed, it’s all the same food that we had every single day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The one thing I really like about this place is the location. It is very close to the arts and science center, within walking distance. The best part is, there’s a huge mall across the hotel and so many places to eat and shop."

"This is the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bed does not fit in the room. Unless you are the size of a 6 year old child DO NOT stay here. We had to crawl over the bed to get to the terrace. No coffee maker only water. No place for your luggage you cannot walk in front of the bed so getting up at night to use bathroom one has to crawl over the bed. The “city view” looks directly into an apartment I did not see the city of Valencia anywhere from this hotel. The shower has no place for a razor everything must be put on the floor. The towel rack is inside the shower so you cannot hang your towels there. Just the most cramped and uncomfortable Room I’ve ever stayed in. If you want to be next to the arena that is the only plus, the room is just terrible."
