El hotel es muy conveniente ya que está enfrente de la terminal de autobuses, al entrar parece que uno se traslada a un oasis. Una ventaja es que en la terminal de autobuses está una terminal de taxis seguros, también el staff del lobby puede ayudar a solicitar uno. Unos 200 metros está un restaurante brasileño, también un Oxxo, y algunos hoteles alrededor con restaurantes, también el hotel tiene su propio restaurante con un excelente bufete para desayuno. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, siempre hay agua caliente, Lo malo es que tienen dos albercas hermosas pero siempre están heladas ya que no las calientan, eso es un poco deprimente para los niños.

I liked the attention I'm restaurant and bell boys. I disliked people in reception area they were not in the same line . I am handy cap and one day received good assistance and the next day no.

Este hotel es como entrar en un oasis en medio del desierto, el servicio fue excelente y los cuartos limpios, lo único que no nos gusto es que las albercas están heladas (estuvimos hospedados en agosto), aparentemente el sistema de calentamiento es con paneles solares así que imagínense.

Not great
We weren't allowed to check in to our room until about 2 1/2 hours after the supposed check in time. When they did get us checked in, it wasn't the room we paid for and the room had clearly not been cleaned. There was someone else's hair all over the place. Our door also didn't have a security lock on it and several of the lights didn't work. The place has potential to be great, but poor service and lack of cleanliness kind of killed the excitement.

The reception and pool areas looked promising but once we got to our room our expectations dropped to the floor. The room and restroom were not properly cleaned and there was mold. We asked for extra towels, had to call twice for it but end it up having to go to the front desk and get it ourselves. Overall, not the best.

I did not like how phones were shutdown on a Friday. When things were needed to be taken to the room staff would take a long time. Minimal professionalism in staff. Master Suite was excellent. the room was missing a fridge to make the room feel more comfortable and convenient since its a master suite.

Air conditioning, don’t count on it.
My sister and I stayed there on a Friday and a wedding event was taking place. Loud noises in hallways that have too much echo. Didn’t get sleep. My room was upstairs and the air conditioning didn’t work and it was a pretty hot day. We then stayed again on Thursday and while no event was taking place, my sisters room air conditioning was not working. Both rooms had mold in the bathroom.

I have stayed in this same hotel at least once a year for the past 15 years... and I will keep on doing it! I guess always returning there is everything you need to know about the overall positive experience and opinion I have. BEAUTIFUL, WELL MAINTAINED, SPACIOUS, FRIENDLY... AND ALL OF THE REST.

It was ok but shower head looked like it hadn’t been clean in months, had calcium residue and also the beds were smaller than shown in description of room. Other than that it was alright, and the price was not bad.
