The staff are nice and approachable, easy to talk to, especially of you have questions. The single room that I have is quite small but tidy, for me it is efficient and enough for resting for I mostly was out of the hotel. I just wish there is at least a bag breakfast for those who go out early. Also, it is a little bit hard to find, but good to have the the telephone number in advance for they are responsive.

Then when I told them I already paid while booking 2 months prior they disagree and they put me on the phone with apparently an expedia customer service rep... after debating for few minutes they gave me the room keys.
