"Clean room, balcony could have used a bit of a deeper clean. Shower is rather small but nice bathroom. Very good location. Check in staff were excellent"
"The Hotel is as high on the mountain as you can get making it easy the see the main attractions. Parking at the front door was very convenient. Room with balcony was good. Staff were very accommodating."
"We had a horrible room, 203. It needs to be renovated. A 4 stars hotel should not have a room like that. The walls were dirty, the windows super dirty. Old bedding, old bathroom. It had so much potential because it had a balcony but it was horrible.
A plus was the a/c that worked great but very disappointed of this hotel, especially for the high price I paid. The location was perfect but our room was not."
"The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.
There was an issue with cleanliness in the bathroom and no hot water when I arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk and no action was taken other than they would have house keeping do their usual tidy.
The hotel is in a very convenient location that is walking distance from all the sites and old town shops etc."
"We stayed in the Cesta suite which had a large balcony a with wonderful views of the town and mountains. The room was spacious with a great amenities and the hotel staff were very attentive and kind. We parked at the partner Grand Hotel and got assistance with our luggage which was very convenient. The old town is beautiful and fun."
