The family had a great time at the complex. Rooms were great, staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Loved the pools and eating convenience, particularly with the troublesome kid. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were amazing. Food was fabulous, however the location has little to do and is in the flight path so planes cross very frequently and from our room we could see the runway

I can honestly say this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel itself was immaculate, the staff were incredible and the food and activities they put on for the kids was just next level. We spent 10 days there and we did not want to leave. Great hotel for families! Lots to do including kids club, entertainment and live music at night. The shows were phenomenal and all the staff we encountered were fantastic. The food including the a la carte restaurants were good and catered well for our family despite there being a vegetarian and a gluten free member.

Staff were amazing and so were the shows. The room was lovely. We did have a lot of mosquitos in our room but i dont think they can do much about that. The pools were lovely. Only thing that could be better was the mini disco and kids clubs were targetted at very young children and my daughter who had just turned 8 felt it was a bit babyish for her but she is too young for the teen sessions. If there was a family disco that would be better but overall the place was fantastic and we would definitely go back.

Another fantastic stay at the Bahía Príncipe Fantasía in Chafiras. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are always kept up to an outstanding standard (we saw NO DIFFERENCE in two years). The food has also greatly improved since our last stay (it was great then, now it’s fantastic). Our little one loved it and we did too! We will be back.
