We had an issue with the hot water and they were so attentive to my needs and changed our room. Everything was spotless the cleaning crew does a wonderful job. The breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient. The lady at night was so helpful had to check us out at 12 am due to our flight and she did it with a smile. Santa Fe de Antioquia is beautiful. 100% recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is very nice, clean, and well located. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for two extra weeks. The only unusual issue we experienced was that our room lost electricity for a period of time due to a technical problem that could not be clearly explained. Fortunately, the staff did their best to assist us. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would consider returning."
