"Property was kept clean by hard working staff. Food was excellent at all venues. Staff was courteous and helpful. Beach was the highlight of our trip. Overall, we think this all inclusive resort is our best so far. The only question i have is why do we always have to ask beach staff to setup the needed loungers instead of having each palapas prepared in advance with 2 loungers. Wouldn't that serve the customers better? Unless you do it this way to solicit customers to give more tips. I noticed other properties are ready with chairs and loungers ahead of beach opening time."

"This was my first all inclusive as well as resort stay. I chose Divi because the food reviews were positive and it has a gorgeous beach footsteps from my room. Immediately the staff welcomes you. I felt the warmness throughout the stay. There is no stone untouched with the Divi properties. I enjoyed my experience a lot. My favorite restaurant was def The Red Parrot. The food was delicious. I also enjoyed the car rental program which helped me see other areas of the island."

"Everything was amazing, the rooms were huge and kept perfectly clean. The staff at both the bars and restaurant so so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The choice of pools, where you could go to the party pool with pool bar, pool games, sports on all day or choose the more relaxed infinity pool again with a lovely pool bar. Although plenty of sun-beds, to request 150 dollars a day to use a cabana was extortionate and they pretty much remained empty, which was understandable at that price. We’ve been to lesser hotels and have been free to hire. The entertainment team also deserve a special mention as work so hard and are brilliant at what they do. The only real negative was during our last 5 days there seemed to be a heavy focus on a corporate event (200 people) which meant it got very busy at the four al a carte restaurants in the evening. However they operated a waiting list system with a buzzer and we never waited longer than 30 mins for a table."

"For the price we paid, the Holiday Inn was a great resort! Very clean, beautiful beach and courtyard area. Staff was excellent. Why do the pools close at 7pm? And they take away the lounge chairs and stack them by 7. This is a bit early! Some of us enjoy a late night swim and a break from the relentless sun after dark. We had an extreme noise issue one night due to a pre-wedding party held at the beach bar (we had requested a quiet location) - they brought us a little charcuterie tray the next day, so that was nice at least (my husband they had a cart full of them, lol). Overall, we enjoyed it immensely and would stay here again. It is also in a PERFECT location."
