"El hotel está en una excelente locación, muy bien cuidado y el staff muy amable. Los cuartos pueden mejorar en la ventilación, aire acondicionado y TV entretenimiento. Todo la estadía el cuando no puedo refrescarse y siempre estuvo húmedo por falta de circulación de aire ya q el cuanto asignado no tenía ninguna ventana. Configurar la TV tomó tiempo y solo funcionó Netflix y youtube. Sin embargo el hotel es 100% recomendable."

"Hotel Victoria - one of my favorite hotels in Mexico and specifically in Oaxaca. It sits on a hilltop overlooking the City and has a traditional, colorful, relaxing feel in its spacious gated resort like accommodations. The majority of staff are kind, patient, helpful and overall in good spirits every day. From the restaurant bar staff to informative and pleasant Gabriel at the front desk to Lily; Luis or Mario who welcome you at the main entrance to Sofia who maintains the facilities, the friendly staff definitely make every day here a relaxing stay. The pool, native flowering trees and lush gardens add to that heavenly experience. 10/10 outstanding - highly recommend!"

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better, everything was within walking distance. We loved being able to explore Oaxaca on foot, with incredible Michelin-recognized restaurants, charming boutiques, delicious panaderías, beautiful churches, and so many cultural landmarks just steps away. One thing that truly stood out was the staff’s attention to detail. They took the time to acknowledge what we were celebrating and helped coordinate special touches that made our anniversary feel even more memorable. That level of personalized hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast was included each morning, and we really enjoyed it. The cocktails were equally impressive, beautifully crafted and full of flavor. Our favorites were the Micheladas, the Mezcalín de Maracuyá, and the Carajillo. Perhaps what we loved most was the hotel itself. The architecture and history are breathtaking. Staying here felt less like checking into a hotel and more like spending the night in a beautifully preserved museum, where every corner tells a story. If you’re looking for a place that combines history, exceptional service, incredible food and drinks, and an unbeatable location, this is it."
