The main problem we faced was that the Jacuzzi never worked for the whole two days that we were at the property. While the host (Alex) was very responsive and tried to get it to work, it never worked, this was a big let down. "

"From check in to departing everything was excellent! Location to airport 5min. shuttle prompt. Manager was very accommodating, room was spotless. An understated piece at this hotel was the restaurant -Mambi. I was totally blown away at the quality of the food, the pumpkin soap was 5 star worthy. Staff exceptional."
