"When we arrived front desk lady checked us in and told us the room was not ready. We asked if we could leave our luggage our tour was about to leave. She said yes but was not happy about it. Later that afternoon we return and went into our room. Room was clean. We had reserved a room with the balcony but they said it was no longer available when we returned. We also never received the bottle of wine that was advertised in the listing. When asked about it they said we will bring it to you and they never did. Asked 3 times and never forgot it. So don’t believe that. That shouldn’t be in the listing if they cannot complete what they are advertising. AC in the room was on but was only giving off hot air. "

"The location is the best. All famous attractions are walking distance. The spa was so good, thank you to Irma and Yvonne I believe for a great massage and taking us so late notice.
