"Its fine...not what it once was"

"Upon arriving plan on 30$ day parking fee. Not mentioned prior to booking . Court yard loud , 5 floor 10 pm loud till 1 pm staff could care less. "

"This hotel is in need of an update. Shuttle service is so poor, we waited an hour at the airport for pickup when the website says every half hour. There were 3 shuttle buses for every other hotel that passed us when we were waiting. No restaurant inside and only three restaurants - all Chinese- within walking distance. Since we had come from Asia for 3 weeks, Asian food was the last thing we wanted. We will not book this hotel again. "

"The only thing that I didn’t like is the hot water was just lukewarm when I took the shower even after letting the water run for a while."

"The room was clean but the bed was very firm. The bathtub wouldn’t drain after its first use but they did fix it the next day. The breakfast was incredible. The staff were cheerful and helpful. It was in easy walking distance of everything I wanted to do while in San Francisco. I did however only had a view of the commercial air handler and roof, nothing else! That was the most disappointing, anything aside from the mechanics of the building and roof would have been appreciated. "

"Didn’t love that the security guard letting people up to the rooftop implied that we wouldn’t have an issue getting a table when in fact the wait was 1.5 hours. Breakfast at the cafe was expensive and tasteless. Coffee was decent. Room was nice and comfortable. Valet mixed up car keys and took 30 minutes to pull up vehicle at check out."

"Breakfast had some good variety. Good taste and all fresh. Hotel staff was very helpful, specially Raiz.. He helped us with the reservation. Hotel was very clean. Thanks, it was a good stay for three days. "
