"Overall, it was a good stay. Mostly the staff were very nice and accommodating except for one and her name is Sara When we arrived at the lobby, she looked at us like we didn't belong there as we were with sweat pants and sweaters till she realized that we'll be staying there more than a week Furthermore, she looked slightly annoyed or uninterested when we had further enquires regarding our stay Other than her, everyone and everything was great ;)"

"This is a wonderful hotel and every member of staff we encountered were so pleasant, friendly and professional. They are a credit to their employer. We had a two night stay as we wanted to visit Gibraltar and was able to walk in as it literally is 10 minutes walk to the border. Secure parking in their underground parking was a reasonable €12 per day. The bar prices were really cheap for a nightcap and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in any hotel I have ever stayed anywhere in Europe. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
