I had a lovely conversation with Rich, the manager, and was struck by the everyday kindness of even exchanging pleasantries. It all brought a homey touch to the resort. I loved my room and roaming the beautiful property--particularly, all the intentionally designed quiet places to think. Not to mention, feeding the emus and goats.
