The staff was polite and helpful. I am a light sleeper and asked the lady for a quiet upon arrival. She gave me a room on the "quiet" side of the building, away from the highway entrance. The room was quiet and clean. Everything in the room functioned well. Did not hear noise from outside traffic ...
