You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Cash Breakage deposit: EUR 300 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May to 31 October, EUR 1.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 15 per accommodation, per night.
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 5 per person, per night
• Heating fee: EUR 10 per person, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: from approximately EUR 30 for adults and from EUR 29 for children
• Self-parking fee: EUR 30 per night
• Nearby parking fee: EUR 30 per night (295 ft away)
• Pet deposit: EUR 50 per stay
• Pet fee: EUR 20 per pet (varies based on length of stay) plus a one-off EUR50 cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in fee: EUR 50 (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 10:30 PM and midnight
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Cleaning/housekeeping/linen fee: EUR 15 per day
• Air conditioning fee: EUR 20 per day
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 25.0 per night
• High chair fee: EUR 10 per day
• Towels fee: EUR 10 per person, per night (or guests may bring their own)
• Hosted evening meal: EUR 120.00
