"The property is incredibly beautiful and well taken care of. From the fruit trees to the pool to the Roman style gardens in tip top shape. But whatโs more important is how well the staff takes care of you and cares about their craft. We left early on our departure, well before the breakfast time, but the owner still invited us and offered to make coffee for the road. The breakfast buffet is great and the coffee is precise! I really canโt say enough about how kind the team is from reception to maintenance and housekeeping. Property is clean and the rooms are comfy. Highly recommended!"

"We have visited this hotel a number of times this summer and we have enjoyed every stay. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the grounds are relaxing and dog friendly. I would like to give a special shout out to the pool staff member. He was very accommodating and even brought water over for our dog. Many happy hours spent in the pool!"

"The room was extremely clean. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. We appreciate the air-conditioning as it was extremely hot. The views of the lake were mesmerizing! The rooftop pool was the best place to cool off at the end of the day after sightseeing."

"Beautiful building and I had a nice room with a view, aircon worked well for me but for others in my party it didn't always work efficiently and it was very hot when we there in July. The bar is disappointing, very small area inside with no outlook. The hotel is at the top of a very steep hill which made it quite a difficult walk (I'm 71 and quite fit). Very difficult to get taxis from the town, they don't seem to run after 8pm. The breakfast was quite good and gardens are beautiful."

"A good 45 minutes from Rome.....and a 60 euro taxi drive The hotel is related to the swimming pool and hotsprings....but cost additional. Overall the stay was nice if you dont mind being away from the busy aspect of the city. The train is nearby...a 5 minute walk if you are good with metro travel....although the tiburtini station can be confusing....."
