Me hospedé varios días en el Albarrada Hotel Boutique y mi experiencia fue excepcional. Desde el primer momento, el servicio fue muy profesional y cercano. Quiero destacar especialmente a Miquel en la recepción, quien cada noche me sorprendía con un gesto inolvidable: sabía que me gustaba el té y siempre me preparaba una taza al verme llegar. Ese detalle tan personal me impresionó y me hizo sentir como en casa.
La habitación estaba impecable, con una cama tan cómoda que invitaba a quedarse descansando, especialmente en medio del calor intenso de la ciudad. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y la decoración del hotel, con sus bellas plantas y ambiente colonial, deleitaba mis ojos y transmitía paz.
La ubicación es inmejorable, justo en el corazón del centro histórico de Mompox y a pocos pasos del bulevar del río Magdalena, donde se encuentran los mejores restaurantes y espacios de entretenimiento.
El personal fue siempre atento y amable: el desayuno preparado exactamente como lo pedí, la limpieza del cuarto impecable y una hospitalidad que refleja el espíritu momposino.
Me voy muy agradecida, con la certeza de que volveré a Mompox y, sin duda, regresaré a este hotel que merece la mejor calificación posible."
"🚫 Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here
I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The room was dirty, the bed was dirty, and the sheets looked like they had been used by previous guests without being changed.
When I complained about the conditions, the owner/manager Javier Echeverría told me to leave immediately if I didn’t like the hotel. This was shocking, especially since my reservation had already been fully prepaid.
The next morning, I checked out early even though I had paid for several nights. Neither the hotel nor Expedia refunded my money, despite me explaining the situation. The owner refused to return anything.
In the end, I chose peace of mind and moved to another hotel for the rest of my stay in the city.
👉 Please think twice before booking this place. It was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone."
