"Great hotel"

"we arrived in carpark with cases, expected to carry up long stairway, or roll up side ramp. impossible with 2 cases each. nowhere to sit outside, 1 chair per chalet outside, long uphill walk to reception, then down stairs to carpark to get to restaurant. food limited menu, breakfast buffet awful, mostly cold. what food they had in restaurant was cheap, we are both over 60 and would not return.only hot water if suns out. "
