The location by Trafalgar Square was great, close to everything that we wanted to see and less than 5 minutes walk to 2 London Tube stations to get anywhere else. Easy walk to Covent Garden, across the Thames, Picadilly or south to see the sites.
The amenities including easy access to sundries, refillable water bottles and water dispenser were indispensable.
There is a lounge on the ground floor with all day available tea or coffee, expresso service which we very much appreciated after a long day out.
We would definitely stay here again.
