While the rooms were clean and the stay was generally pleasant, I was very disappointed with the service provided by the front desk staff. I found the level of hospitality to be unacceptable; there was no welcome, greeting, or any effort made to make guests feel invited. Specifically, this morning, the staff member on duty remained seated on her phone. When I said hello, she looked at me as if I were pestering her. I believe it is important for customer service representatives to understand that their main purpose is to provide friendly and professional service to guests.
