"The staff was wonderful. Maria, the gracious housekeeper, Felix the welcoming valet, Paul the quiet, courteous clerk and Hannah, our lovely bartender. She makes a really nice Old Fashioned. Made us feel welcome.
The heating system is good down to 20 degrees outdoors, but can't handle a cold snap. Luckily, maintenance came up with a space heater and we warmed up."

"This stay was exactly what we needed! We went to an event at ubs arena and needed somewhere to stay over night only. It was only a 14 min drive away, parking was free and available right infront of the building. No damages when we returned to the car in the morning. We also checked in at 10pm without issues. Check in and out was easy and quick and they saw we already paid without issues. The room was nice and clean with no visable /obvious damages. The microwave and fridge in the room were used, functional, and clean! We didn't hear any other guests. Great stay and just what we needed it for. My husband and I are small ppl (I am 4'9 and he is 5'4) so the bathroom might be small/tight fit for taller ppl."
