"Nice hotel in a central location! Room was a bit small with an extremely small bathroom but everything was clean and in working order. We arrived fairly late in the evening so check in wasnโ€™t an issue but during our stay the check in and elevator lines did get a bit long. Customer service and additional help at this hotel does seem to be lacking. Overall the stay was pleasant but not sure I would stay here again."

"The self check-in kiosks were down both days, so the checking in line at the small desk was very long at times. The 4th floor withe restaurant and other public spaces was roomy and comfortable. Large rooftop lounge and bar very nice as well. Good buffet breakfast was basic but good for $22. My small, solo room was compact but comfortable- however, no fridge for this room category."
