"The toilet seat was way too low to the floor. It was not easy for an older couple to manage. No grab bar was on the wall to assist a person to raise themselves up off the toilet seat. Because of that, we'll never stay at this hotel or any others run by this company again."

"Stayed there because of my kids baseball tournament. Price was great and I got exactly what I hoped for. Room was clean. Floor was laminate hardwood so my allergies were good. No worn carpet to worry abt. Shower and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfy. My only negatives were the pool was closed. They told me it didn't open until Memorial Day and we were there the weekend before. A sign by the pool gate or at the check in counter would've been nice. It's was 85 when we checked in.
