The front office girl was very nice and helpful. The room was outdated, no elevator to walk up stairs. No plug by the nightstand. There were only 2 pillows in the room and they looked about 10 years old. It is close to the jet express, but old and outdated. Bed was old and worn, could feel the springs thru the mattress. Overall, would not stay here again.

I loved everything about our stay the heater water in the toilet was different and probably needed to be turned down but otherwise the location, the staff, the pool and the room were excellent and we will be staying here again.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to a lot of family fun. The pool was good 4'6" at the deepest point. The room was a little musty. We stayed 5 nights and it was kind of a big deal to get the room vacuumed and the trash taken out. But the price was right for the location.

Great location if you’re looking to walk around downtown and be within walking distance to the Jet Express. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area is nice. Our only complaint is that the beds are very uncomfortable. So much so that we decided to head home after only staying one night of our two night stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for myself, my teenager and my toddler. We mostly just needed a place to lay our head at night but this place was cozy and easy to call home for a few days. Yes some of the furniture is "outdated" but it is not in bad condition. It is just older and goes with the decor and theme of a small inn rsrher than a corporate chain hotel. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, the amenities worked and the pool was clean. Location is really what sold us on this place but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was especially for the price. We will definitely recommend this place to others and most likely stay here again if we ever decide to visit Port Clinton again. Lots of parks, playgrounds, and restaurants within walking distance. Many attractions within a 30 mile radius. This made the perfect home base for us this week.

6 person room with 2 beds and a couch was nicely maintained and comfortable. Pool was open til 11 and much appreciated. Staff was super nice and I really appreciated their friendly attitude and helpfulness with a few requests we had. Good location with lighthouse and beach across the street, restaurants and port nearby. I would stay here again.

Most things about the place were pretty good. Staff was helpful and friendly. A couple of the outlets in the room on the nightstand didn’t work, and it seemed like a couple switches for the different lamps didn’t work either. The pillows in the room were completely flat. Overall it was a decent place to lay your head though.
