"The hotel staff was friendly upon arrival. He pointed out the restaurants that offer a 10% discount as a result of staying. That was great! I appreciated the idea of a pool and hot tub, even though we did not take advantage of the opportunity. We were just too tired! Hotels that allow pets should have designated rooms. We are allergic to cats and dogs which resulted in a very allergy driven environment. Other than that it was decent for the price."

"The pool closed at 11 pm for children and stayed open until 12 AM for adults. When we went down stairs to enjoy a kid free experience in the pool and hot tub at 11:30 there was a group of children in the pool. We left the hotel at midnight and arrived back close to 1 in the morning and there was still a group of kids and adults in the pool area screaming and being loud. We can hear them running through the halls during the night. Although this was more of a guest issue, I feel the staff should have held down their pool rules."

"Cheyenne was running the desk at the time of our visit. She was very helpful and very polite. The hotel was undergoing some renovations at the time that we were there. But they were not an interruption to our stay. The rooms were clean and very well sanitized. I felt very comfortable staying there with my children. The prices were phenomenal compared to the hotels in the area. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel."
