The resort it’s self is absolutely beautiful. Great place to take the family. Lots of fun things to do at night with activities singing dancing bands games. The lake is beautiful and the pool is clean and friendly. I’ve been to Peters Pond three times now the only problem I have and I’ve had it all three times. The people at check-in and at the gate make you feel very unwanted and most of the time I’m very rude

Not as good as last year

We planned our second vacation here because we had a blast last year. Unfortunately, the cabins were not as nice as they were last year. They were dirty and our bed was so uncomfortable, we barely slept. The bed was also in need of a new box spring, because whenever you moved on it, it made the most obnoxious noises. Once we got into bed, we couldn't get out in fear we would wake our kids. The first day we were there, we went to the pool and within a minute, they had to close it because someone got sick in the pool, so that was out for the rest of the weekend too. Luckily, the lake was great or else the whole weekend would have been a lost cause. I hope they get a better cleaning service/maintenance crew in there, because walking around barefoot in our cabin was like walking on sand. We literally had to wear shoes at all times because of how filthy the floors were.
