The staff was friendly and helpful especially with the mild inconveniences ( elevator was being worked on and was temporarily out and there was some maintenance going on in the hotel) still a great stay and parking was easy. Breakfast was delicious and the gym and hotel were great to use. Highly recommended "

"They charged me a smoking fee and I don't smoke. It put a 270.00 hold on my card and just caused so many issues. It got resolved but It caused a ton of issues with my bank. "

"We booked, arrived at the property, and immediately realized with all the drug addicts and clear meth heads sitting out front smoking cigarettes and weed was going to be a problem. When we checked in, the lady checking us in stopped to yell at other customers to not steal her mop in the doorway entrance (and explained to me it had happened before). The check in lady next described customers taking Toilet paper and covering the ceilings of rooms. Add to all of this, that my car was being looked at by at lest three different people on the grounds walking around to see what they could steal out of it while we checked in. When we got to the room, it had not been cleaned and the beds had not been made, it smelled like poop, and there was poop in one of the beds. We immediately went to front desk and asked if we could get a refund and leave. We were told we were getting a refund, and immediately went to another part of town way away from this property. Fast forward 2 days, and I never got a refund for quite possible the worst property I have ever seen or been to. Pay more to avoid this place at all costs. Now I am having to work on getting a refund processed back. Worst experience ever at any hotel."
