"This Malaysian owned property is 5 stars all the way, from check-in hospitality, politeness and accomodation of staff, and amenities. My personal shoutout to the manager of customer experience Mr. Ladang...he was accessible via whatsapp, accomodated my extended family of 11 people, and helped arrange for a personal tour of Sihanoukville (riding with us) and shuttle transport to our overnight bus. His personal touch was similar to a personal concierge, valet, or butler service at top worldwide...
