"Clean hotel, comfortable bed, and enough space for three adults in one room (with little luggage). We didn't have a chance to check out any aspects of teh hotel that are in a shared area (like the spa), but the hotel iteslf looked well maintained and on the newer side. There were really only two "cons" that may not actually affect you 1. the "wall" for the bathroom was made of smudged glass. that mean we could see eachother through the glass easily, even if we couldn't see details. 2. "집 공사로 인해 하루 숙박할 곳이 필요하여 묵었습니다. 다른 지역에 있는 신라스테이에 숙박했을 때도 매우 만족스러웠는데, 천안 신라스테이도 역시 좋네요. 조식도 맛있었고, 중식은 50% 할인 혜택이 있어 이용해봤는데, 기대 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 전체적으로 복잡하거나 시끄럽지 않아 조용하게 쉴 수 있었던 점도 인상 깊었어요. 객실 상태도 매우 청결했고, 3시 체크아웃이 가능해서 여유롭게 일을 하면서 쉬다가 체크아웃할 수 있어 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 지인이 천안에 머물거나 또 숙박할 곳이 필요하다면 적극 추천하겠습니다."

"For the first time I felt like we were in a Hotel in Korea. Provided A/C remote control and towels. Location is not a great place for tourists. Hotel is pretty close to the train station - around 15 minutes by taxi. Overall, we felt safe and felt comfortable. Bed is OK, could do some improvement. "
