"We have stayed at El Pueblo Lodge twice now and both times have been a very favorable experience. It is more low key and very quiet, something we look for when staying the night in a hotel. It is dog friendly and nice to see people traveling with their 4-legged friends. The breakfast is outstanding, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, green and red chili sauce, all warm and delicious and so much more. We used the pool this time and it was nice and quiet and relaxing before going to dinner. Even though the temps were warmer, we enjoyed the evening fireplace. I would recommend this lodge to someone like ourselves, older and looking for a nice quiet stay."
