"Close access to the beach.
No umbrellas with the beach chairs
Our room wasn’t serviced 2 out of 4 days
Dog constantly barked late at night
Neighbor above us blasted loud music past 1 AM
No place to hang wet bathing suits
Guest service button on phone in room was not working"
"It is one of the most frustrating aspects of this experience. The umbrella's and chairs delivered, yet they do not include the pin for the umbrella on a windy day and do not tell you this. I watched everyone on the beach struggle to put up their umbrella and not have a pin. They were happy to take the money, but not explanation nor trust of the guest. When trying to call them, they did not answer the phone, sometimes for 45 minutes. Then the attendant would take even longer to fix the problem. The management itself has some fixing to do. They are not for the customer, they come up with excuses and blame the customer before they take any credit.
Honestly, I would find another property if you want a full relaxing experience. It took seven days for management to fix a problem they caused on my credit card. If customer service is what you enjoy in addition to your trip, go elsewhere."
"Far exceeded our expectations and hopes. We were welcomed by the owner who gave us a tour, oriented us to the Inn and community, showed us the amenities, which included bikes for getting around with lots of biking lanes on the Island. Also the amenities included everything for the beach-beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, towels, shell hunting equipment and bucket with a sink for cleaning the treasures, outdoor heated showers, table and chairs on the partially enclosed porch outside your door for eating, hammock and bench swing every few cottages for relaxing. Quiet, within two blocks of both bay and the gulf with white sand beaches… beautiful. Set within trees with designated parking place for each room. Our room which was one of the smaller ones, was great for my wife and I, with a fridge, microwave and dishes. Restaurants right across the street and next door, with a couple of stores within walking or riding distance, even some grocery stores a short ride down the street. We will be back!"
"The property was clean and well kept. It’s close to every thing. The pool just a few steps out of every bungalow. Full kitchen and use of out grill. Being able cook out was a blast and beat the hustle waiting at a restaurant. Staff was fantastic. I’ve already booked another stay."
