New LCT Residence is one of the most impressive high-rise buildings in Haeundae. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit, and the room offered an absolutely amazing ocean view—I thoroughly enjoyed waking up to it every day. The room was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, plus a washer and dryer, which made our stay very convenient. Parking in the basement was a bit hectic, but the incredible views and comfortable amenities made it all worth it!

A well kept facility. Perfect for family and single folks. Room service is excellent. No issues and the stay was comfortable. I would come back here again. Location is not bad at all and central to all attractions.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Towels were changed daily. Hotel is located near exit 9 of seomyeon station, it is also walkable to bujeon station. Lots of dining options nearby even into the late evening.

Séjour vraiment décevant. Premièrement, l'accueil est horrible et le personnel veut nous faire payer 15000 wons de l'heure pour un early check in, même si on arrive entre 14h et 15h. Il y a un système électronique sur les téléphones pour faire fonctionner l'ascenseur et ouvrir les portes de chambres, qui ne fonctionne pas toujours. Le personnel à la réception est clairement insuffisant et débordé par moments; ils ne répondent pas du tout au téléphone. Le petit-déjeuner est censé ouvrir à 7h30, mais en se présentant à 7h20, on se rend compte que visiblement des gens y sont depuis au moins 7h et que toutes les tables sont déjà prises. Le choix d'aliments au déjeuner est ordinaire, tout est difficile d'accès et bondé. Les corridors sur les étages sont déprimants et clairement dus pour des rénovations. Il y a une seule chaise pour s'asseoir sur deux balcons. Les seuls points positifs de l'hôtel sont que la chambre est grande et que c'est bien situé.

"The worst hotel I stayed in Korea. Staffs were rude and unprofessional. parking garage was small and unsafe exit driveway. Paid extra for a better room but dirty spots everywhere and smells horrible. I would not recommend this hotel. Oh, check in time 4pm.."
